Aftermarket Services
CryoDrive systems are designed for 120,000-hour MTBF and 40,000-hour overhaul intervals. Our aftermarket organization delivers the parts, expertise, and remote monitoring that keep them running.
Field Service
Commissioning, scheduled maintenance, emergency response, and overhaul services delivered by NexGen-certified technicians. Regional service hubs at Kingman, AZ and Brookshire, TX with expansion planned in PJM, ERCOT, and Permian sub-regions as deployments scale.
RemoteMonitoring
Every CryoDrive ships with a SCADA telemetry package providing 24/7 visibility into turbine, ORC, and balance-of-plant health. Predictive analytics flag wear trends before they become outages.
SpareParts
Critical-spare kits ship with each unit. Approved Vendor List maintains 2+ qualified sources per item. Long-lead parts (BAHX, generator, ORC turbine) carried in regional inventory at Kingman.
PerformanceContracts
Output guarantees, availability guarantees, and full O&M agreements available for customers preferring to outsource operations. PPA model includes complete operating responsibility with monthly capacity payments.
Case Studies
First commercial deployments scheduled for 2027. Case studies will publish following 500-hour acceptance testing of pilot units.
Anticipated Pilot Deployments
Permian Basin Wellhead Power Pilot:
First CD5-3200 unit at independent E&P operator site; wellhead gas displacement of diesel; 500-hour acceptance test
Kingman Demonstration Unit:
Permanent installation at Center for Cryogenics Applications Research; available for customer site visits and live performance verification
Data Center Bridge Power:
CD5-5000 deployment at hyperscale or colocation site facing grid interconnection delay; convertible to permanent generation
Live performance dashboards from all deployed units will be available to qualified evaluators under NDA from Q4 2027 onward.
